Summer Knitting Series

The final details are being worked out but we are so excited we have to tell someone!!! The Autumn Moon Summer Knitting Series is coming. This is an opportunity to learn to knit or learn something new with knitting to increase your skill level. The series starts out with basic knitting (Knitting 101) for the very beginner and works its way to an adult sweater. You start in the series where ever your skill level is currently; so if you have never touched needles before, you start with the beginning 101 class. Maybe you are not interested in knitting in the round - then skip the circular hat class. The series is designed to meet your needs. You can do all 8 in the series – you can do just 1 – the choice is yours!!! This summer’s series is a bit more on the basic side to see where the interest is – we are hoping to add more advanced skill levels in the future.

Knitting  101 – Beginning Knitting $20

102 – Dishcloth $20

103 – Slippers $25

104 – Simple Cap (sew up seams) $25

105 – Circular Cap $25

106 – Baby Jacket $30

107 – Simple Felted Purse $35
108 – Simple Sweater (Adult) $70

*Simple mean that it is 1 piece and then stitched up.
 

The series is for adult and for kids ages 10 and up. Please note that you must have appropriate skill knowledge for classes 102 – 108 – the only class that you do not need any experience with knitting is the beginning knitting class.

Supplies for each class are included in the final cost and must be purchased through Autumn Moon. No discounts will be given if you have your own yarn and/or needles that may be used for a class.

General class time will be Thursday evenings 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, unless otherwise arranged with staff. You get to choose the Thursdays that work for you so each Thursday may be made up of all skill levels.
